His knowledge of Mazdas and letting the car sell itself during the test ride made the CX-9 our choice. We did test drive 8 different cars at 6 different deealerships. Roy and Patrick set up a nice package including trade in of our car that worked equally comparable to other dealerships without the long stress of negotiations. Jermy and Terry in the service department actually intervened in my behalf to assist in the final price. They are bothy courteous and knowledgable members of the Colonial team that go beyond simply servicing my cars. I purchased a Mazda3 from this same dealership in 2004 and have known Jeremy in the service department for over 11 years - all of which are filled with excellent service experiences. My relationship with Jeremy and overall comfort level with the dealership grew over the years, which turned into (not surprisingly) an EASY and great car buying experience. I was introduced to Adam who was my salesmen and it felt like I was buying a car from my friend from the beginning. Adam made the whole experience effortless and really helped me out with my trade in as well as ensuring I got my S-plan pricing on the new vehicle. The teamwork and service of Jeremy and Adam was top notch. Amazing Guys, Amazing Car I first met Adam through our BNI network and it was apparent that he really loves what he does. I had been hesitating to get rid of my old Subaru, but after talking with him, it was time to let go of the old girl. The test drive of the CX-5 was the funnest I've ever had. We drove around Candlewood back roads and the SUV handled like a car! He made it painless and easy. His manager Roy was so great in getting me the best financing and really looked out for my best interest. I'm so over the moon happy with the whole gang at Colonial that I've already sent two often girlfriends who bought with Adam and Roy. These guys treat you like friends and not walking ATMs!
