Sales and service is the BEST I cannot say enough about everyone and everything about my experience at Colonial Mazda. Ken Hicks was my main salesman there, and from the first time I cannot say enough about everyone and everything about my experience at Colonial Mazda. Ken Hicks was my main salesman there, and from the first time we talked on the phone till today he has been like a friend that I have known for a long time. He has gone out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with financing as well as the condition of the pre owned vehicle I was purchasing. Although the vehicle was purchased "As Is" when a minor problem arose a week after purchase he did not hesitate to say bring it in ASAP. Upon arrival I was put in contact with Jeremy Reichin from the service dept. who also went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of. Since that day I have received multible calls from both of these gentleman to be sure that I was satisfied and all problems were rectified. Any person that I know looking for any make or model vehicle I will send to Colonial Mazda to see Ken because when they see the personal attention and the professionalism that he exhibits they will know they are in the right place. Purchase of a 2014 Touring CX-5 My wife and I were completely against the idea of stepping foot into any dealership as we began our search for a small SUV. Our first stop was with Ma My wife and I were completely against the idea of stepping foot into any dealership as we began our search for a small SUV. Our first stop was with Mazda and met Adam Dean. Right off the bat we realized that he was on our side, and we weren't being bombarded to buy a car. We test drove a CX-5 and didn't want to settle on our first car. We visited four other different dealerships for small SUV's and not only did we settle on the CX-5 for the ride itself, but it was because of Adam. Every other salesmen we dealt with basically told us that their car is the best thing in the world and you HAVE to buy it, that they were going to throw in all of these deals if you purchased it the day we looked at them which was garbage. Adam treated us like his friends. Obviously buying a car is a big deal and he didn't make us feel pressured AT ALL. Adam made our purchase extremely smooth and helped us out quite a bit. I can't say it enough how happy I am that we went through this experience with Adam. We are super happy and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends looking for Mazda's. The shop made our CX-5 sparkle when we picked it up. A great car buying experience period. More

Continued excellence for 3 years I am a personal trainer and my car needed an upgrade badly. So I bought my pre owned Subaru Legacy from Colonial Mazda in the Winter of 2012. I walk I am a personal trainer and my car needed an upgrade badly. So I bought my pre owned Subaru Legacy from Colonial Mazda in the Winter of 2012. I walked in and Adam Dean showed me exactly what I was looking for. After a fun test drive on the back roads of Newtown, I was sold on the car. I made a fair offer and Adam went to his boss Dave and he accepted. I drive all over Fairfield County and I never have been stuck in the snow. Adam still texts me every now and then to see how I am and how the car is. Jeremy is the only guy I have ever let service my car and he knows his stuff. I've sent many of my friends to Adam and Colonial Mazda in the past 3 years and they all agree that he really does care about his customers. More

Wonderful Experience From the moment we walked into Colonial Mazda, we felt at home. We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pr From the moment we walked into Colonial Mazda, we felt at home. We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pride in the vehicle were evident. He joined us on the test drives, which allowed us to get answers to our questions as they arose, and allowed him to point out various features in action in various driving scenarios. We particularly appreciated the thought he put into choosing the route for our test drives, trying to simulate our daily driving conditions as closely as possible. Nelson's and Roy's kindness and no-pressure demeanors made the entire experience a pleasure. We also had a great experience with the service department. Joe and Jeremy went above and beyond to get snow tires put on the car before we took delivery, and they and the entire service department were friendly and welcoming. We have no doubt we're in good hands. We couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. More
