Wow...what can I say about this amazing dealership and Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I wa Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied and that all questions were answered before I took ownership of my 2020 CX-9. I drove 4 hours from the State of New Hampshire to do business with Adam and Colonial Mazda... how’s that for loyalty. This dealership treats you like family!! From Dave Adam the sales manager to Jeremy Reichen the Service manager and Joe Lionetti the director, to the master mechanics, to Adam and the rest of the sales staff... What can I say. This is the fourth car we’re buying from Adam Dean and Colonial Mazda. This last purchase Was due to my car dying and Adam ( about to leave for vacation ) made sure I was well taken care of Adam Dean and Colonial Mazda. Adam Dean (Sales Consultant) made the experience easy, calming, and overall enjoyable. Despite how busy he is, he has a way of making you feel like you are the only ones that matter to him. What we were most appreciative of, was he did not make us feel pressured at any point in time. He took his time with us and wanted to ensure that whatever decision we made, it was the right one for us. Adam is a consummate professional who we'd recommend to anyone in the market for a new car. Additionally we got to meet the service manager, Jeremy Reichin. It was awesome to know that he would ensure we were always taken care of from a service perspective. He spoke at length with us and his input also influenced our decision. Cody Stone also was helpful throughout the process and contributed to an overall great purchasing experience. I’ve serviced both Mazda’s I’ve owned here with the expertise and honesty of Jeremy Reichin. My wife and I have been thinking of leasing a car for years and finally decided to take the plunge. I really liked the MDX and the Pilot, but I have a soft spot for Mazda and chose to inquire about the CX-9 Touring. I called Jeremy and asked him to please put me in the hands of a person he trusted to take care of me and my family with this big purchase. He got me connected with Adam Dean and the smoothest, most stress free and flat out immaculate car buying experience commenced. Everything from the communication, the personal interest in me and what I wanted, being mindful of our budget and being able to find the best package along with recommending the best color CX-9 for us was just phenomenal. The entire experience all around was exactly how you dream a car purchase experience should be. More
