Felt like family from the start! Zoom Zoom! Adam is the man and was super dedicated to finding the sweetest car with everything on my wish list! Wouldn't have wanted to buy a car from anyone else. Made the whole process exciting and flawless. I knew I was on borrowed time as she reminded me daily (when I say daily, I pretty much mean daily) that while she upgraded from the civic, my outback wasn't the car she would have picked out for herself. Cut to last week. We were on the hunt. If it had four wheels, we looked at it. We looked at other Subarus, fords, audi... There was even a long visit to the Mercedes dealership in there. Either we couldn't justify the monthly payments, it was too slow, didn't have any flashy features, etc... We were stuck. After one particularly painful, rollercoaster of a car shopping day, we both left the Subaru dealership feeling defeated. Hot, tired, pretty hungry—I mentioned we hadn't looked at Mazda yet and it was on our way home. "Meh, I don't like Mazdas I don't think..." she said. To which I asked if she'd ever been in one or seen them lately. "I mean I guess we can go there..." That's when things started to click for me. "We're Adam Dean's neighbors from the lake! We know the salesman pretty well. I see that guy posting more pictures on Facebook of his happy customers who just bought a Mazda, than all of my friends who post pics of their babies combined!" Well Adam clearly sells a LOT of cars. And I know why! The cars actually sell themselves! If you set out to buy a car, and someone shows you a great car for a great price, you buy the car. But the thing that set Adam apart from most salespeople I've dealt with was he knew he didn't need to sell us on the car. The car would do that part. What he did was sell us on the brand and what it stood for. He gave us the WHY, behind the features and how they tie back to the brand values and mission which was to have the car be a direct extension of the driver. He knows Mazdas top to bottom, inside and out. And he's passionate about his own purpose. To make people happy by selling them a quality vehicle. His passion for dealing with people was evident throughout the entire process. He was extremely communicative, transparent and over all just an absolute pleasure to have given my business to. We just picked my wife's car up yesterday where Adams team had it looking like a million bucks with a big pink bow on the hood. The smile on my wife's face was rivaled only by the one on our wedding day (not sure this bodes well for me). That smile lasted through Adams very thorough explanation of all the features we hadn't covered yet, through the paperwork/finance stage which is often hard to smile through, all the way to when she left for work this morning. We're beyond happy with our experience at colonial Mazda and she's beyond happy with her new car. Happy wife, happy life! More

From A Wrangler To CX-5 I've known Adam for several years. I've seen him blow up my Facebook feed with photos of him and his customers whom he had just sold a Mazda to. At fi I've known Adam for several years. I've seen him blow up my Facebook feed with photos of him and his customers whom he had just sold a Mazda to. At first, I thought, "Cool, he is doing well at his job." Then I noticed that my newsfeed was continually inundated with him selling another car. I told myself that if I was ever thinking about buying another vehicle, I would go to see Adam. Not because I already knew him, but because the hundreds of posts I had seen of him with another satisfied customer, then that was the person I would want to give a shot of having my business. I've been a Wrangler owner for over 17 years. I just paid off the loan on my most recent Wrangler. I told Adam that I was just going to look at a Mazda, that he'd have to truly sell me on why I should switch from Jeep to Mazda. Funny thing is, Adam never sold me on anything. Sure he showed me cars, and we went on a few test drives. The car kind of sold itself, and it was that low pressure, no hassle transaction that made the leap from Wrangler to CX-5 that much easier. The entire dealership has its act together. Thank you Colonial Mazda--I have not been disappointed. More

3rd successful Mazda purchased at Colonial! When our Mazda 5 lost its transmission, we were devastated. It had been a great car and served us well. We went happily back to Colonial Mazda of Danbury knowing we could trust this dealership to take care of us and not jerk us around. Roy (sales manger), Joe (service manager) and Jerermy (lead service) already had a 5 star rating with our family and knew we were in good hands. This was going to be our 3rd purchase with this dealership! Then we were paired with Adam Dean who patiently and caringly aided in delivering our new Mazda CX5 to us. He was a doll and made the experience all the more relaxing and easy. Colonial Mazda bears no resemblance to the nasty image that other car dealerships traditionally have. Joe recommended Adam Dean after weighing out all the options with me and finally making the decision that it was time to get a new vehicle. Purchasing my new Mazda with Adam was quick and easy. Awesomeness Personified... We went the "Extra Mile" to Colonial Zoom-Zoom even though we have "just another" dealer closer & O' Lord, we're SO GLAD we did!! We went in with specific goals in mind and Adam & Crew far exceeded all our expectations. We test drove both the CX~3 & 5 with open minds... loved both, but went with a loaded 3 that I didn't think was do'able... Adam & crew went above & beyond to make dreams come true! 3 hours later (& a "free Wings lunch" down the road, (special shout out to Adam & Red) while they detailed my 3... are you kidding me...? Wings & beverage while the Boys in the back spiffed up the 3 before driving off!!! Yeah, Special dealer, Special Staff ALL AROUND for sure!!) Anyhoo, 3 hours later we're out the door, Zoom~Zoomin' down 84 in my Shiny new 3 stoked from the WHOLE experience. No Pressure, No Hassle, just Awesomeness Personified! Great Job All! Adam & the team at Colonial Mazda are the best! My husband & I purchased our new vehicle (a certified, pre owned 2013 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring) through unfortunate circumstances. We weren't in the m My husband & I purchased our new vehicle (a certified, pre owned 2013 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring) through unfortunate circumstances. We weren't in the market to buy a car. My husband was in a pretty awful car accident. We met Adam, and knowing all we had been through, he went above and beyond (all though reading through various reviews, I think it's just the type of great guy he is) to make our car buying experience as easy & effortless as possible. He is a wealth of knowledge. He not only knows so much about the product he is selling, but of every aspect of the car buying experience. From getting us set up with Roy, (the phenomenal finance manager) to working with the service team to make sure the car was in mint condition for us, to dealing with all questions and concerns I had about the process of dealing with our insurance (since I had never dealt with a car being totaled before and didn't really know how the whole process of getting the new car would go). He walked us through every step and never made us feel pressured or rushed. In fact, he made us laugh a lot & put us at ease during what was a stressful time. I can't thank him enough for getting our family into a beautiful, safe family car that I know will last us years and years to come. Thank you Adam and everyone and Colonial Mazda! More
