The tires were recently rotated by BECKS service department just a few months ago at last regular service, this time, they didn't even rotate the tires, said the lug nuts had to be replaced they were "swollen", would cost $270.00 + tax to replace the lug nuts. I've never seen lug nuts "swell" unless they've been overtightened, the ONLY people to EVER touch the lug nuts on this car since we bought it brand new from our old FORD dealer have been FORD DEALERSHIP SERVICE TECHS. We have been taking our trucks and cars to FORD dealer services forever, but the prices, excuses about services has forced us to go elsewhere from now on. We'll never go back to BECK Ford for service or sales. More
