For the last two years, service advisor Jeremy Sullivan has done his best to meet all of his customers’ needs. A lot of times, they tell him just how tough it is to take time away from their day to get an oil change or keep up with routine car maintenance. Beginning Monday, all that is going to change. Thanks to the new Happy Hours program, Don Ayres customers can take advantage of the less hectic evening hours to get their cars tuned up. “We decided to extend our hours,” Jeremy said. “A lot of our customers work during the day and this makes it easier for them to get their cars in. If we can make it any more convenient, then that’s what we’re here to do.” Outside of work, Sullivan has little time to rest. As the father of a one-year-old son, he says he’s almost always on the move.

I had an oil change done 6/29/21 and found oil on driveway next morning---I called Don Ayres and was told to bring car back even though they said it could be residual oil from day before--they went a driveway next morning---I called Don Ayres and was told to bring car back even though they said it could be residual oil from day before--they went above and beyond to make sure my car was ok before I drove to Indianapolis this weekend and it WAS just residual after they checked all fluuids to assure me! Cant say enough about Jeremy Sullivan and all staff there--thanks so much! More

Very prompt and accommodating. They offered me shuttle service and a way to access it later as it was looking like rain. Work is always done in a timely manner. All personnel are friendly and professional. Facility is clean, and car wash is a bonus. Jeremy Sullivan was excellent in accommodating me for service. I was late for my appointment because a breakdown in equipment while I was giving blood. I always get the Best service from Jeremy and the team at Don Ayres Honda in Ft Wayne, Indiana. And I appreciate how organize zed they are and the fact you hat they always check back after the service to be Don Ayres Honda in Ft Wayne, Indiana.
