Wow! From start to finish the whole experience at Koons Toyota was great. The sales staff and financing department were very knowledgeable and very helpful with the questions that my wife and I had. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Bob and Koons! Bob has always done a wonderful job of being efficient while being thorough and keeping us informed and answering any questions we may have. We test drove a Tundra about a week before we were ready to buy. My husband knew what he wanted and Bob was able to find exactly that for us! On the day we were ready to purchase, Bob had the truck in the engine bay, detailed and ready to go! He makes the paperwork process painless and does a great job of explaining what each document is as we are signing. Bob was able to work out a great deal for us and the dealership offered us a great trade-in on our Tacoma. Jeremy was just as wonderful to work with. He made the finance process painless and was incredibly patient and thorough. He was able to work out different monthly payment options with all of the different options available until we were ready to commit to a certain options package. Throughout the process, neither Bob nor Jeremy was pushy and both gave us the time that we needed to make the best decision for us. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and not only will we continue to buy all of our vehicles from Bob and Koons but we will also definitely continue recommending our friends and family to Koons! More

We expressed interest in a 2012 Toyota Prius C that we found listed on line through Kelly Blue Book. Ken Higgs contacted us by email first thing the very next morning. It took a day to firm up plans to come into the showroom and when we spoke on the phone, I let him know what we wanted, where we needed to be on monthly price and since we had an hour to drive to get to him, could he please do as much as possible to get us where we needed to be to make it work for us, before we drove in. By the time my wife headed to Koons, it was all organized. Ken, Wendy, and Jeremy were very friendly, personable, informative, and worked hard to make our deal work for us. We are happy with our experience and would highly recommend them. More

This is my 4th vehicle from Koons. From the first visit, my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jerem my husband and I have been always been treated well. Bob has always come through with the vehicle we wanted and made the process fun. He, and Jeremy, have always explained every step of the process (purchasing to financing), skipping nothing even though we've now purchased multiple vehicles from Koons. The service department is excellent. Todd gets me in and out very quickly and works around my schedule. Most of my dealings with the service department have been for scheduled maintenance, buy the (very) few times a vehicle has been in for more that maintenance, the problem is quickly identified and solved. More

Nathan was my main contact by e-mail and subsequently by telephone. He responded promptly and efficiently with honest and accurate information. The original price quote seemed within reasonable limits for local market conditions but the initial trade-in was outside my expectations. Dan entered the negotiations at this point, remaining equally efficient and respectful. He was optimistic a second evaluation of my trade-in by the general manager could be fruitful in closing the gap. A meeting convenient to all was arranged within two days. The next estimate closed the gap considerably but was still around $925 below my intent. A final proposal essentially split the difference (slightly in my favor) with a bit of administrative magic. I ended with 75% of my trade target and everyone seemed satisfied. While Nathan got the new Tacoma prepped and shined Jeremy with equal congeniality and efficiency executed all the necessary payment and titling documentation. All in all, a rather pleasant experience worth the 45 minute drive. Should there be another Toyota on the horizon, Koons will be my starting point. More

Hi. I went into the dealership just looking...still comparing various options. When I left the dealership I had a Tacoma pickup. I had some misgivings at first; such as, was I too hasty in making the d comparing various options. When I left the dealership I had a Tacoma pickup. I had some misgivings at first; such as, was I too hasty in making the deal? Should I have shopped further? etc! It has now been approx. 3 months since we closed the deal. I really enjoy the Tacoma, since I'm still employed, I haven't had a problem making the payments, and all my interactions with both Koon's and Toyota have been pleasant. I worked with Henry Salazar over the course of several weeks and ultimately bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander. I first went to Koons ONLY to test drive a Toyota Rav4. I made it clear to Henry that we were weeks and ultimately bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander. I first went to Koons ONLY to test drive a Toyota Rav4. I made it clear to Henry that we were at the very beginning of our buying process and did not plan to make a buying decision for a while. Henry was still very accommodating, arranged for me to test drive the Rav4 and answered numerous questions. About a month and a half past and Henry kept in touch via an occasional phone call and email. He was not pushy but kept lines of communication open in case we had any questions. Our timeline began to change and one day I walked into the Koons dealership unannounced and decided I wanted to take a look at the 2012 Toyota Highlander. Needless to say I went home that evening with a brand new 2012 Highlander. Henry and George were a pleasure to work with and handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism. We got a great price on a great vehicle along with a stress free buying experience. Our experience with Jeremy the Finance Mgr was also pleasant and stress free. Jeremy's friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. We had a great buying experience at this dealership and will definitely go back to them for our next vehicle purchase! More
