I began to work with Jay Badiang, who after checking out my situation, was able to offer me a 2012 Toyota Corolla (significantly newer and nicer then I had anticipated). I was extremely excited and after help from Jeremy in the financing department, I was able to purchase the practically new Corolla the very next morning all due to the spectacular service from Jay and Jeremy, Jay was extremely courteous and professional without the pressure that you sometimes feel from a salesperson. I would recommend Koons Toyota and Jay Badiang to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle with a pleasant experience. More

started purchase with nathan via internet. process evolved into numerous telephone/internet communications. nathan was always prompt and courteous in all communications. explaining in detail all aspec evolved into numerous telephone/internet communications. nathan was always prompt and courteous in all communications. explaining in detail all aspects and procedures. always being professional and courteous. having purchased for own personnel use and children, more than fifty vehicles, this was the best experience ever. arrangements were made to arrive for search and evaluation. vehicle and salesman were ready as promised. a complete explanation of vehicle and capabilities were explained. the purchase was explained the price was agreed upon and a toyota sienna was purchased. due to family disabilities a conventional spare was requested and purchased. tire and rim prepared and delivered upon pick-up. all procedures and requirements were explained thoroughly. the vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and professionally explained. being 75 years old the new gadgets were somewhat confusing, not a problem all were explained thoroughly. I even understood some of them, ha. all information was explained and loaded into vehicle. to sum things up professional, efficient, friendly and accurate. at all times nathan listened, understood and acted. koons hired a u. s. veteran and he will be a credit to their sales force. thank you. bravo-zulu. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Bob and Koons! Bob has always done a wonderful job of being efficient while being thorough and keeping us informed and answering any questions we may have. We test drove a Tundra about a week before we were ready to buy. My husband knew what he wanted and Bob was able to find exactly that for us! On the day we were ready to purchase, Bob had the truck in the engine bay, detailed and ready to go! He makes the paperwork process painless and does a great job of explaining what each document is as we are signing. Bob was able to work out a great deal for us and the dealership offered us a great trade-in on our Tacoma. Jeremy was just as wonderful to work with. He made the finance process painless and was incredibly patient and thorough. He was able to work out different monthly payment options with all of the different options available until we were ready to commit to a certain options package. Throughout the process, neither Bob nor Jeremy was pushy and both gave us the time that we needed to make the best decision for us. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and not only will we continue to buy all of our vehicles from Bob and Koons but we will also definitely continue recommending our friends and family to Koons! It took a day to firm up plans to come into the showroom and when we spoke on the phone, I let him know what we wanted, where we needed to be on monthly price and since we had an hour to drive to get to him, could he please do as much as possible to get us where we needed to be to make it work for us, before we drove in. By the time my wife headed to Koons, it was all organized. Ken, Wendy, and Jeremy were very friendly, personable, informative, and worked hard to make our deal work for us. We are happy with our experience and would highly recommend them. More
