I was treated fairly and quickly. I had a breakdown on the highway on my way back to Virginia on Saturday morning. The repair parts were not available until Tuesday. I checked into the possibility of trading in my Ridgeline on a new one. After an hour or so we came to an agreement that I felt was fair. The saleman Jeremy Wachtler worked very hard to get all the work done and get us back on the highway, even going to a local hardware store to purchase a cover for the materials stored in the bed of the truck. He checked on us the next morning to see how the trip was, we drove straight thru arriving at 3 am the next morning. More

Jeremy is the best! We went there because we had leased our car from Jeremy before and the miles were getting up there and needed to talk to Jeremy about our dilemma. He walked us through the entire process and got us into a brand new car that we now own and out of our lease. Jeremy was professional throughout the entire transaction and had us on the road in our new car in 3 hours start to finish. Ramy was our finance man and he too made it a pleasurable experience. But I unfortunately had to sell because the winters back then we’re re hard so I wound up selling it because I had to have reliable transportation to get to work. I was really crushed having to do that but thanks to Jeremy he really went to bat for me working out a great number of possible ways to achieve this and he did.
