Incompetent Dealership This dealer assured us that a used car was available and would be held for us. We drove for four hours with our five-year-old son to make the deal. When we got there the dealer told us that the car had just sold and tried to switch us to a new car purchase. There were no new cars left that matched what we came to buy. The General Sales Manager seemed to care very little about what he considered a minor inconvenience. More

unpleasant experience with salesman(s) and business manager I would not recommend buying from this dealership and salesman who was rude and told me to leave if i didn't like price I could leave. He was also rud I would not recommend buying from this dealership and salesman who was rude and told me to leave if i didn't like price I could leave. He was also rude to my partner.I should have done so and taken my business elsewhere. I didn't listen to my gut. Also Business Manager was high pressure even after I repeatedly said I didn't want what he was selling. Also business manager would not return any of my calls to his cell phone. Salesman told me vehicle had a spare tire and jack under the vehicle, I looked the next day and vehicle had none, The salesman (s) didn;t actually know the vehicle they sold me and should be accountable for what they tell customers. Productive I went for an oil change and left with a new Odyssey. Lucy listened to my needs and selected Ryan for as my sales person.
