Listened and met our needs! Jeremy is a good car salesman, but we don't hold that against him. ;-) What makes him different from other car salesmen? He listens. We came into Honda with with a certain goal and budget and also with a great deal from a rival brand. Jeremy not only met our expectations, he exceeded them. Never having owned a Honda, or a new car at all, I set out w In my years of purchasing and trading cars, I have never had such a wonderful experience. Never having owned a Honda, or a new car at all, I set out with utmost caution. I drove from Daytona Beach to Ocala just because I had heard such great things and was looking to trade my 2015 Challenger RT for something that would not suck my wallet dry at the gas pumps. I walked in skeptical and waiting for the shark attack. Yet as I reluctantly meandered around I was approached politely and genuinely helped instead of assaulted. Ricky Carpenter helped me an extraordinary amount in finding out my situation and what would best suit me, what an amazing man. Not only did my car payment go down, but my gas per month and insurance premiums went down and i'm in a more luxurious car! Jeremy was helpful as well in showing me all of the features of the car. I was blown away with the deal that I was given and the lack of BS that I went through. I left the dealership with a brand new Civic Touring and a smile on my face knowing I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. The management was top notch; I wish I would have discovered this gem earlier. Whether searching for a Honda or anything else, this will always be my first stop from here on out! More
