The Service Department at Ken Ganley Ford in Parma is very good. I’ve had oil changes and a new battery install to major repair work (torque converter and purge/vapor mgmt. valve replacements) since th very good. I’m happy to report the quality of service did not disappoint … very good … from the service advisors (Dave Moga & Alicia Jeffery) to the technicians that did the work. Also Jeremy Watson (Service Mgr) was always accessible if needed. Thank you! More
