I found what I was looking for and Jeremy in Sales and Rhonda in finance were great. I did realize as I was driving home (45 minutes north in Cleveland) that there were no floor mats with my used 2020 Pac Rhonda in finance were great. I did realize as I was driving home (45 minutes north in Cleveland) that there were no floor mats with my used 2020 Pacifica. Also, while I have a service appointment set up locally, I’m not sure why the van was even for sale with the camera not working or why this wasn’t mentioned before I drove down there. Vehicles are more expensive these days and while you have to pay for what is available, I feel my purchase was incomplete. More
