We purchased our last car from Kelly Woburn and will be avoiding them in the future based on the experience with their service department. They damaged rotors during a brake install, couldn't identify the avoiding them in the future based on the experience with their service department. They damaged rotors during a brake install, couldn't identify the problem on a second look, tried to get us to replace the perfectly good axel, and refused to refund the price of the faulty brake job. The service department is incompetent and untrustworthy, it is not the type of place I would want working on my brand new vehicle. More
