It was good experience. I brought my fiancé a new Kia.. the only bad thing was; it’s a black guy with a suite and tie on in the back. I think he’s the finance manager. He said “ I been doing this over 20 years “. I was wondering why he kept saying that… long story short, he MADE me purchase this thing where I can bring the car back if anything like the radio or the touch screen go wrong in the car that I can bring it back. It was over 2k extra. I’m was like I don’t want that. He said “ we’ll we can sell you the car if you don’t purchase what we offer”. I said is it mandatory? He would never answer me. Basically I’m guessing he gets more money by making people purchase additional things other than the car. So he definitely got me for 2k. It had me so livid. And the other managers was acting like they couldn’t do anything about it cause they know they was messing up his money. But God got me. And I know bad money don’t last long. You can’t get over on people and expect a blessing to come to you. And if your in business to get over people… good luck with getting through those gates. But the dealership was a good place to buy a car other than the getting over thing. More
