In the year that I've had this vehicle I have only had it in my possession 3 months total. They lack communication and professionalism. They have had to replace my engine once then replace my head gasket on in my possession 3 months total. They lack communication and professionalism. They also have very little rental cars and they do not clean the interior prior to giving it to you so you and your family are put into a dirty car as well as with other people's belongings still in it.
