In the year that I've had this vehicle I have only had it in my possession 3 months total. They lack communication and professionalism. They have had to replace my engine once then replace my head gasket on in my possession 3 months total. They lack communication and professionalism. They also have very little rental cars and they do not clean the interior prior to giving it to you so you and your family are put into a dirty car as well as with other people's belongings still in it. I always have amazing service with the staff and sales people. Chris is the service center is very helpful when going in for oil changes, etc... The servicing department was absolutely fantastic but your used car my sales department mgr after the sales absolutely sucked they didn’t do anything for me they said they was going to do in fact they c your used car my sales department mgr after the sales absolutely sucked they didn’t do anything for me they said they was going to do in fact they confuse the matters even worse and your sales manager after the sales a couple days later still didn’t do what he said he was going to do it took a week and I finally got fed up and he laughed at me as I walked away & drove away. I had to get everything taken care of myself everything the sales manager and the financing department person told me was a lie. Who ever wants the worst customer service in the world this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600 this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600.00 before they even looked at the vehicle. My wife ends up calling me she puts on Doug the service wrighter. All of a sudden the price drops by over 450.00 and this is still before they even checked out the vehicle. Then the cashier I do believe her name is Brandi was making very rude and snide comments about my wife while Doug walked my wife out to her vehicle. I called in was told very rudely that the general manager dose not take phone calls. This customer service that my wife and I received is very unethical. I'm still waiting on the service manager to call me and discuss this situation and it has been well over a week. I still expect a phone call and some kind of redemption on this manner. I find Doug to be very sexist probably wouldn't put it past him to over charge every woman that comes in the door.... I need a call back to resolve this issue.......... More
