The Service department is terrible at least to me!! 50% of all service there has been poor and no one cares... One time grease and oil all over my drivers door panel and steering wheel. One time they lost my tire air caps. one time left my washer bottle cover off. the last time they spilled oil all over the inside my engine compartment had to take off the belly pan and have all the oil washed out so it would stop dripping on my garage floor. called the Service manager never called back! My salesman was Brian. He did a great job of helping me find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financ find what I wanted and getting the payment very close to what I wanted. The finance department sent my incorrect date of birth over to Kia financing so that caused an issue. Also, I was told I’d receive my new license plate in about a week (I’m leasing). Even though I reached out to the dealership, the tags still expired with no call from the dealership. I had to reach out a second time and worry about getting a ticket for expired plates. I got them 42 days after I signed the contract. That just wasn’t acceptable. More
