My wife and I wanted to purchase our final vehicle (both of us 80). Started out with Daytona Dodge as owner Randy Dye and I go back to his childhood days in PA. Nothing fit and those that did were out of of us 80). Started out with Daytona Dodge as owner Randy Dye and I go back to his childhood days in PA. Nothing fit and those that did were out of our price range. I knew Kia was a quality vehicle. My wife fell in love with Kia Seltos, but wanted new seats. Did not want black. (can't figure out you car manufacturers - Florida is HOT and black seats don't cut it for us old farts) Salesman promised us new seats and the deal was done. However, the deal was not done. He got fired for a myriad of promises to customers and we were without new seats. After some back and forth, Jerome Kramer made it happen. My wife is now a happy camper. As am I. Beautiful job by Katzkin. For a while, Daytona Kia was on my list. Now, I will recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Jerome. More

I was duped into buying a car! Employees used the “f” bomb constantly! Was treated very badly and even laughed at by the finance manager! Was made to put my own tag on my car! Sales pressure started as I was waiting on my car in service. Was lied to by the sales representative just to make the sale! Will never go back! Most horrible car dealership experience of my life! During a recent mailer campaign, I had apparently won a tv. Went to dealer and showed them the paperwork. Was informed that I had won a $5 gift card, despite the paperwork showing a tv. The rep stated that the small print said my prize was only reserved for me. I again showed him the paperwork, and was told to “Have a nice day” and he walked away. The salesman that escorted me in stated that this happens a lot, and people have even thrown things at him. He stated that he didn’t know how he was supposed to sell cars when the dealership “pissed off” the customers. This dealer is deceptive, misleading and fraudulent at best. STAY AWAY!!! More

This dealership refused to do the process for a lease end buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force a sale and do the lease end buyout process. I called KIA financial again and have lodged a formal complaint. The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Claiming that it held no benefit for the dealer to complete this process unless it turned into a sale… This is a sale! A sale from a lease into a purchase. The complete purchase of the rest of my contracted agreement. Also they took our information and without proper explanation or consent, ran our credit without any written document application or signature. Very sketchy business and sales tactics are being used here. STAY AWAY!! More
