The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Claiming that it held no benefit for the dealer to complete this process unless it turned into a sale… This is a sale! A sale from a lease into a purchase. The complete purchase of the rest of my contracted agreement. Also they took our information and without proper explanation or consent, ran our credit without any written document application or signature. Very sketchy business and sales tactics are being used here. STAY AWAY!! More
