Steve Oxendine was able to spend the time talking with me about my trade-in and the cars on his lot, and my monthly payment calculations to the point where I felt it was actually worth the 90-mile drive to purchase our Suburban there. Living south of D.C., I passed up literally hundreds of dealers I'm sure, but it was of the utmost importance that I wouldn't experience someone playing games with me when I have three little ones in tow experiencing it with me. Our dealer, Jerome Nelson, was patient and helpful with all of our car seats, and he helped watch over the kids while we went through the whole process. My usually shy daughter bonded with him like he was one of the family by the end of the day. Jerome stood out in the pouring rain helping me set up my Bluetooth, OnStar, and XM, and it was obvious that he did not just care about making his numbers, but that we were satisfied customers. I would definitely contact Jerome and Steve again when we need our next car, and I've passed their business cards on to a friend considering a Suburban herself. We chose to purchase our car from Heritage because they had a good selection of used Suburbans on the lot, they were honest and professional, and helped make the car-buying experience a lot less stressful than I anticipated. More

I spent hours searching the internet and visiting dealers before I made the 1hr drive to Heritage. My wife and met with Jerome late Monday evening. He was courteous, professional, and patient as we asked questions and took the car on a test drive. His knowledge of the car and GM services helped us solidify our choice and desired options. We were able to reach a deal the next morning with Jerome's help. As the car was being prepared for pick up he kept us updated by phone the entire day. On Wednesday we met with Chris who was able to get us better terms than our own Credit Union! Jerome and the Heritage staff made this experience painless and extermely pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used automobile. More

Our purpose in visiting the dealership was to buy a new truck. We were extremely satisfied to work with Jerome Nelson. He was a professional in every sense of the word. He immediately assessed our needs, provided several options, and listened attentively to our concerns instead of trying to push us to select a truck to reduce the dealerships’ inventory (as we experienced with a competitor). Mr. Nelson interfaced with all other departments in a way that inspired our confidence that he was a team leader and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We especially appreciated the fact that not only did he provide a nice loaner car for us to ride home in after we left our car that was to be traded in, he also drove our new truck to our home the same day! This high level of excellent service means that we will definitely do business with Mr. Nelson and Heritage Chevrolet in Owings Mills when we are ready for our next purchase. More

I feel the staff at Heritage Buick was very friendly and interested in seeing me in the car I wanted to be in. Jerome Nelson put calls out to several dealerships in an effort to locate the exact make and m interested in seeing me in the car I wanted to be in. He was able to locate the vehicle within 24 hours and I picked it up 48 hours later (due to dealership being closed on Sunday). The Finance Manager, Mr. Gordon was equally friendly and very thoroughly in his explanation of all details related to protection available for my vehicle. In addition to the individuals I worked directly with on the purchase of the vehicle, staff members in the dealership would always speak and make sure that I was immediately addressed upon entering the building. I received several phone calls throughout the process to let me know where things stood and when I could expect to pick up my vehicle. I received a demonstration of all the features and it was beautifully detailed and ready for me to drive off the lot! I would recommend others to this dealership and Jerome Nelson for assistance with purchasing a vehicle. More
