My wife and I have purchased two other vehicles from Ricart in the past. We've had good experiences in our previuos transactions. This time was even better! This was a great experience. Applied online last night, received a call this morning and this evening within three hours of leaving the house, we were greeted, immediately directed to Mr Richards, test dri received a call this morning and this evening within three hours of leaving the house, we were greeted, immediately directed to Mr Richards, test driving and purchasing a vehicle. Accepted 0 money down without batting an eye and the finance department pigeon holed the targeted monthly payment we had to make within our budget. Not one person made us feel ridiculous for having a budget, either. As a matter of fact, we were assured everyone understood and promptly made a strong attempt to help. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience and will most certainly purchase from this location again in the future. More

Wish I was able to get better trade-in. The price of the car I bought was very reasonable. But Jerome was patient and very courteous and straight forward and we felt respected. I was happy with my purchase but disappointed in the lack of communication. I spoke with Dan Grimes on Tuesday that I wanted to purchase a specific car on Sunday, my day off work. He said an associate would of communication. I spoke with Dan Grimes on Tuesday that I wanted to purchase a specific car on Sunday, my day off work. He said an associate would contact me and set up an appt for Sunday. Nobody ever contacted me so I went online Friday night and IM'd and associate stating that I was interested in 3 vehicles that only had stock photos. Jeremy Tudor assigned Rick Johnson to me as a contact. I sent Rick an email on Sat. saying I wanted to buy a Ford Edge on Sunday, specifically an Edge with less and 50k miles with a leather interior. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership excited about the large inventory only to find out that all 4 Edges were not available. The one I wanted with a black exterior and a tan interior was in Florida with the the owner of the company and the other three were being detailed. I became very frustrated that nobody could communicate that none of these vehicles were available to test drive. Rick could only explain that none of these vehicles were available. I stormed out but thankfully my fiance got Jerome on board with helping us and we are very happy with our Lincoln MKX. Jerome was was understanding of our frustration and found a nice fit for us. Great job Jerome! More

I am very pleased with the vehicles, (past and present), that I have purchased from Ricart. The customer service is very professional; the sales associate and his supervisor were very nice, and made me fee that I have purchased from Ricart. The customer service is very professional; the sales associate and his supervisor were very nice, and made me feel welcome. Unlike other dealerships I have visited, I didn't fill pressured or forced into the sale. The Ricart dealership representative closing the sale, before signing the final papers, took time to answer and explain all of my questions. Pam More

Yesterday my husband and I visited Ricart to view 2 trucks (F150) we found on their online inventory page. We first dealt with Jerome, who was EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, after test-driving both trucks trucks (F150) we found on their online inventory page. We first dealt with Jerome, who was EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, after test-driving both trucks, we were then handed off to Ray Pasco. He was a very nice gentleman, but seemed to have no desire whatsoever to sell us a car. We have very strong credit and a good trade-in, but every step of the process was a struggle as the salesman could not answer anything we asked! The financing wasn't his department....trade-ins weren't his department, etc. After an extreme lowball offer on our trade-in (based on Kelley Blue Book, NADA and other dealers) we informed Ray we couldn't go that low on a trade-in. So, he came back to us with a full offer....and nothing had changed. My husband informed Ray we couldn't take that low on a trade-in and got up to leave. As he did, Ray grabbed at his stack of papers like he was frantic to leave and despite emails to the company (through the internet coordinator) we have not had a call back or email regarding this incident. Our overall opinion was that the salesman was dying to get home for the day and couldn't care less if we bought a car or not. Pretty sad, considering we could have had everything completed and been out of there in 30 minutes. The worst part, however, is that despite emails to 2 different persons within the company, we have had no response. More

Dustin and Jerome worked with me to make sure I was at a price, lease term, and payment amount that I was comfortable with.
