Jerome told us 3% financing and we both told him we only wanted to finance $10,000. When we got to the finance guy and we told him 3% he said, I don't know where you got that" and charged 3.7%. Then after he had typed everything up we realized he had financed more than $10,000. It was just frustrating being told 2 different things. I don't know who was at fault. If I had it to do over I would have had Jerome come in or just cancelled the whole thing and left. More

Absolutely amazing car buying experience!!! We have been looking for a minivan for about 3 months. We found one that we liked on Ricart's website. I sent in an email requesting more information. For 3 days we emailed and talked on the phone working out the details. We live an hour away so we tried to get as much of the "paperwork" out of the way before we went over. We drove over with our 3 kids after school and Jerome had everything ready for us. He was very nice, professional and knowledgable. He has a way of making you feel at "home". The dealership has a nice waiting room with tv, snacks and games for the kids while we were waiting. We test drove it right away with no hassles. We then were taken back to Michelle who made all the paperwork go smoothly. She is very knowledgable with all the "details". Overall this was the best car buying experience to date!! More

I saw a few preowned vehicles on Auto Trader and called Ricart to inquire on them. Jerome answered the call. I found him very informative and pleasant on the phone. I decided to see one of the vehicles and the only day I could leave Cincinnati to drive to Columbus happened to be a day that Jerome wasn't working. When I arrived, Jerome was there and had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. The test drive went great. The purchase experience was pleasant and I felt comfortable. I then met with Tom to review paperwork. He was organized and pleasant to work with. I thought both gentlemen were very professional and it was a good experience. More

My overall experience with Richart has been good. Always getting me a car to drive home while the Nissan was in the shop, giving me constant updates on the status of the vehicle, and always making sure that I was a happy customer. I HIGHLY recommend Angie and Ashely to anybody needing service done. They both know what they are talking about, listen to the customer, and help you in every way to get you back on the road safely. Jerome was so helpful in assisting me in my used car purchase. He was very patient and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to make the right choice. After several test drives, I picked the car that was right for me and Jerome worked hard to get the financing through. It was overall a good transaction. The only issue I have is that they did not properly explain the remaining factory warranty on the vehicle (which has no owner's manual!) when I asked about it, so that the is that they did not properly explain the remaining factory warranty on the vehicle (which has no owner's manual!) when I asked about it, so that they could tout their additional, fairly expensive warranty, which I probably wouldn't have gotten if I had known that the factory warranty remaining was so substantial. More
