i WAS VERY Satisfied with Jerome, he was through, friendly accomadating. He knew his stuff and if unsure of an answer to an unusual question went out of his way to find out. I must have a car, was not expecting to have to purchase on asap which turned out to be the case. Jerome was understanding and helped guide me through the difficult day. Jerome is a great person to work with at this dealership. My husband went in to look at a new Jeep and Jerome was the only person to look up at him and greet him when he walked in. A few days later I went with my husband to sit down and talk to Jerome about purchasing the wrangler my husband had picked out. Jerome made sure that we got to see and drive all of the possible vehicles before we made a final decision. We felt very comfortable with Jerome, in fact, because of how knowledgable and informative he was, both about the cars and about the financing options, we ended up purchasing 2 new cars that day!! My husband picked out a 2013 wrangler and I picked out a 2013 compass. I would definitely return to this dealership again and have already told family, friends and acquaintances to ask for Jerome if they go there because of his outstanding customer service. Great experience! We also appreciate all of the work Chris put into aquiring our loans from a local bank.
