I would have given them 5 stars if halfway home (we live roughly 4 hours away) from the dealer we hadn't realized that the car with a fresh NY inspection on it had a headlight out. Now I've been been promised multiple times in 3 weeks that they will find a local solution to the issue. I've been told the GSM will call me, but he hasn't. No one has returned my 6 calls and messages in the last week and it's been 3 weeks since I bought the car. I reported the issue the day after purchasing. Would not recommend. More

Very disappointed with them. So, I made my own appointment, when I got there the Tech also notice the front low beam light was out. They would not replace the bulbs, it was "SOLD AS IS", Never again will purchase from them, thought they were a reputable company. Very disappointed. More
