Dishonest Test drove the 2011 Tahoe that they have on the lot and had a mechanic check it out. Vin # for motor under the hood has been removed. Vin#s on door an Test drove the 2011 Tahoe that they have on the lot and had a mechanic check it out. Vin # for motor under the hood has been removed. Vin#s on door and door frame are scraped off. Vin #s located in the glove box have also been removed. The carpet is soaked from front of vehicle to the back. There is mold and rust forming under the carpet. Door locks are not functioning properly. Wiring harness housing for the front seats has been damaged from where the seats had been removed from the vehicle. Found 5 codes that had been cleared by the dealer. Manager seemed to show a lot of concern about what I presented to him, however, I see that they are still trying to sell this vehicle. I will never do business with them and I think it is sickening that they are still trying to sell this vehicle to anyone. More

RAV4 purchase VANN York TOYOTA was prompt in replying to my internet search for the RAV4 that I was seeking. Manyango Wilson was the salesman that called and we arr VANN York TOYOTA was prompt in replying to my internet search for the RAV4 that I was seeking. Manyango Wilson was the salesman that called and we arranged for me to drive to High Point to see the car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all of the “new to me” safety and technology features. It had been 7 years since I had purchased a newer car, so all of these features were new to me. After taking a test drive, we spent time negotiating a price that was agreeable to me and to the dealership, All of the employees at Vann York that I met were wonderful to work with—sales manager, Jerome, and Steve in finance. I am looking forward to driving my 2018 RAV4 and would recommend both the dealership and Manyango Wilson to work with in buying a vehicle. More

They're not committed to "Building Relationships That Last." Originally, I thought I had a great buying experience. They were willing to include all weather mats for the Toyota 4runner and tint the windows. I wa Originally, I thought I had a great buying experience. They were willing to include all weather mats for the Toyota 4runner and tint the windows. I was told they would have to order the mats and I have to take my SUV to another shop for the tint. Approximately a week later I was told I could come by and pick up the mats and go get the windows tinted. When I came to pick up the mats, they only had the all weather floor mats and give me a cloth cargo/truck mat. I was told that was the only cargo mat that was available. However, when I went to Toyota's website they clearly had the all weather cargo mat available. I told the salesman and he said he would look into it and get back with me. He went ahead and arrange for my windows to be tinted. So I drove to the shop to find out my windows are legally tinted already...SMH. So I called the salesman and asked if something could be compensated since they can't tint the windows. He told me they really could not do anything but would provide a gas card instead and come by the next day. I called the next day and didn't get an answer or call back from the salesman. I understand people can be bisy at times so I decided I would reach back out a few days later. During that time I was able to take my vehicle on the highway and notice it would shake once over 60mph. I was unable to catch this during the test drive because of the weather conditions at the time. So I finally contacted the salesman about the performance of the SUV and things owed. I was asked to come back to the dealership. I requested to come on a schedule appointment instead because I don't have time to waste after spending hours purchasing the car. The salesman said he understood and would call me back with arrangements. I still haven't heard anything back over a 3 week period. I thought buying locally had perks but seems to me all about numbers and sales not customer service and building relationships. I would suggest going to going to Modern or Rice Toyota. More
