Very disappointing experience with Midland Honda. They state a 100% online purchase but manager Angel Vargas told me they can not do that because he does not know me and I have to be physically present state a 100% online purchase but manager Angel Vargas told me they can not do that because he does not know me and I have to be physically present at the dealership. Spoke to three different associates and got three different prices of the same car. Mr. Vargas insisted that Premium Safety Package is compulsory, but according to their own policy- it is optional. When I showed him the place it was sited, the answer was "We are not interested in deal with you"?!? More

Still has paper tags and already broken. We have had our new car for less than two weeks, and it is already undriveable because the engine makes this HORRIBLE knocking sound when it runs. All of our savings into a new car and now we have to figure out how to pay for a, likely, extremely expensive repair. All because this dealer is fine selling piece of crap cars to families. Go anywhere else! More

Exceptional Experience with Sales and Finance Both Jerry Ardis (Sales) and Darold Wilson (Finance) treated me better than the five other dealerships I visited prior to my visit to Midlands Honda Both Jerry Ardis (Sales) and Darold Wilson (Finance) treated me better than the five other dealerships I visited prior to my visit to Midlands Honda on Saturday, February 25, 2017. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. No pressure sales or unnecessary add-ins. I explained the type of vehicle I wanted and Jerry made it happen. Darold took time to explain the details of the financial agreement without sounding condescending or demeaning. He respected my time as I had to leave by 11am to return my return car. Darold completed the financing portion at 10:45am. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Midlands Honda. More
