Jerry greeted us at the door on day one and was very pleasant to deal with. Although I knew what I wanted I felt he was guiding us in the right direction as far as options. Jerry made getting my dream car a breeze. I was always made to feel like a priority and made himself available even on his time out of the office. As for Heritage Toyota, they seemed grea I was always made to feel like a priority and made himself available even on his time out of the office. As for Heritage Toyota, they seemed great and time will tell if they remain as supportive through the next few years but I expect that they will. One thing wish (and this is more of a Toyota thing then heritage specifically) is that they included more the one oil change every 10k. I’ve always done oil changes on my vehicles every 5k or under and from my research on this engine, I will continue to do so. In general, Jerry was great and I’m looking forward to long/easy relationship with heritage. More

On 2/19, Jerry Berkowitz helped me purchase my 4th Toyota Tacoma. Back in 2005 I purchased my 1st Tacoma from Berlin City in NH. Wanting to keep my business local, I purchased my 2009 from Heritage. The proc Tacoma. Back in 2005 I purchased my 1st Tacoma from Berlin City in NH. Wanting to keep my business local, I purchased my 2009 from Heritage. The process was ok, but took too long with a lot of back and forth. I attempted to buy my 2020 from Heritage but the sales staff was pretty indifferent; basically acting like they didn't want my business so I purchased from Berlin City in Portland Maine. For my 2026 purchase, I went to Heritage, and was greeted by Jerry. From the outset, he listened to what my particular needs were, even taking notes. Over the next couple of days, he and the dealership worked hard to match the price Berlin City was selling for, ultimately earning my business again. The actual transaction was relatively quick; I went over after work, and drove home in my new Tacoma by closing time. Nice job Jerry! You were pleasant to work with, and brought my business back to Vermont. More
