Spent about 8 hours on site there for service. Wanted my newly purchased used car checked out for any issues and two known faults. Service rep was courteous and prompt. After 8 hrs. I knew the depth of my newly purchased used car checked out for any issues and two known faults. Service rep was courteous and prompt. After 8 hrs. I knew the depth of my tire treads, the levels of washer fluid and oil. I knew approximately how much it would cost me to run further diagnostics (some thousands of dollars) and the two known faults were no closer to getting repaired. The good news was that this only cost me about $200 and a full day of my time. The bad news was I wasn’t much better off than I was when I went in. Not impressed and will not return. I expect competency. More

Superb service all around! The team in including Jerry (Service Manager) went above and beyond. I was given a very accurate and reasonable quote to do the work on my car, and they honored the quote to th (Service Manager) went above and beyond. I was given a very accurate and reasonable quote to do the work on my car, and they honored the quote to the cent. They also arranged rides to and from my work for drop off and pick up. Overall superb service and a pleasure to take my beloved Porsche to this service center. We’ll done to Jerry and his team at Fresno Porsche! More
