I have a very bad experience with the rental card. I have been client for probably 30 years at Toyota. I usually leave my car for services since I can get rental car. The day that I left my car the person in charge told me that I could not rental car since I was using a debit card with Visa symbol. I have always using the same card for many years. I was unable to rent a car. That they I had a training and They provided us with a lot of material. I could not get any material and my day was very difficult.
