So this was the second service I have had on this brand new vehicle that I just bought from yall, I requested that my car be washed since it wasn't last time (seriously not a big deal but I did just buy th new vehicle that I just bought from yall, I requested that my car be washed since it wasn't last time (seriously not a big deal but I did just buy the car and paid for the services ahead of time and a bunch of extra warranties) and the guy said that he promised they would wash it this time- it wasn't, despite me bringing it up at drop off (9am) and my car took all day- I didn't get it til 4:45 and I didn't receive any updates. I had to call to find out what was going on. Poor customer service. More

I had an appt at 9:00 but they didn't even start on my car until about 12:30. It wasn't finished until 1:30. That's 4 1/2 hours for the simplest service. Also there were only two shuttles at 11:00 so I ha car until about 12:30. It wasn't finished until 1:30. That's 4 1/2 hours for the simplest service.
