Sadly Disappointed Took my car back for state inspection - absolutely disappointed - when I made the appointment, I told the dealer I would wait for the car. It was cold Took my car back for state inspection - absolutely disappointed - when I made the appointment, I told the dealer I would wait for the car. It was cold and raining. I was told I could not wait in their waiting area - I had to wait in their drive through garage. Yes, this was during the Covid-19 emergency, but for a 1-hour job, this dealer should have something in place to allow their customer to return wait for a vehicle. Was I supposed to have someone take me home to turn around and immediately return? Is it impossible to maintain 6 feet of social distancing in the waiting area? I was told to wait in the unheated garage, with some employees that were not wearing a mask. I would have taken my care elsewhere for the state inspection. The service was fine. It is just that this dealer has no idea how to take care of customers during the Covid-19 emergency. Go for service at your own risk. Remember you can't walk to a nearby restaurant as they are closed. So be prepared to wait anywhere they feel like telling you to go. More
