Good but could use a little improvement Jerry was good to deal with.Everything went well with the appointment with the exception of the tire rotation. My door sticker states front tires should be filled to 60psi and rear to 80psi. My dash is showing the rear at 69psi and the front at 85psi. So I dont know if they mis-inflated or if they forgot to resync the TPMS Sensors to the correct positions. I have not called them yet on this, but it needs addressed. Also would like if invoice better showed services and products requested, like I asked for DEF to be filled up and don's see on invoice how much was used and a price per gallon. Like Fine Whine...! My water pump sounded like marbles and not peewees. One call to Jerry and he had me in before disaster could come to my door with a hard knock. I breezed in with all my PPE and was greeted by gloved personnel. Jerry kept me informed and we added some additional preventive measures to the repair. Very accommodating! Kyle was very helpful and took care of me. I am immune compromised and he made sure I was comfortable with the arrangements.
