I received several reminders that my vehicle was due for inspection. The reminder was very helpful. When I called and spoke to Jerry in service as always he was very helpful in pricing tires for me and did inspection. The reminder was very helpful. Battery & Collant bypass valve replacement. I had my car at Chapman Ford on Manheim Pike in mid Jan 2020 for a check engine light. They immediately checked the battery when I pulled in. After ha I had my car at Chapman Ford on Manheim Pike in mid Jan 2020 for a check engine light. They immediately checked the battery when I pulled in. After having the car over night and replacing the battery the next day the engine light was still on. After checking the engine code it turned out the coolant bypass valve wasn't working properly. They fixed that right away and I had my car back after work that day. The reason I gave a 4 star out of 5 for this visit is the engine top cover on the car was cracked about 12". I feel the person who did it knew about it but nothing was said to me. I noticed it right away when I got home and called. I was told it would be ordered and they would call me. I didn't hear from them after 8 business days so I stopped in and asked about it. I was told they were "busy & short handed". In reality, it was forgotten about because it was ordered that day & in stock the next day. Other than that little bump, the friendly staff at Chapman served my needs in a timely fashion. More

Very Happy with my service ! I would like to thank everyone that I had dealt with that day. I was able to leave my car their to get inspected, It was so nice to have the shuttle I would like to thank everyone that I had dealt with that day. I was able to leave my car their to get inspected, It was so nice to have the shuttle service take me right home so I could do the things that I needed to do that day. When I got the call that my car was done I was pickup within 2 minutes of your call. I also want to thank the shuttle driver, he was so pleasant . Thank you all, this was the first time that I have been at new dealership. I told the shuttle driver how nice the new facility looked and how nice I was treated. . More
