I purchased a used vehicle in 2019 and am constantly harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Hon harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Honda will never receive my business again. Nothing I say has changed how these calls go and they are causing me distress. I have been unable to get through to anyone and when transferred to management, I am sent straight to voicemail without any response in MONTHS. This is shameful, rude and at this point, straight up harassment. I am not sure what else to do but share this experience to prevent others from experiencing this as it is horrible. As general manager, I hold Jerry Green personally responsible for this abuse. More

Not a serious dealership when it comes to serving the customer. Tried to buy a car from them. Asked them to wait a day for me to confirmation whether or not the schoolI work for was closing or not due to customer. Tried to buy a car from them. Asked them to wait a day for me to confirmation whether or not the schoolI work for was closing or not due to covid-19 before buying from them. As soon as I mentioned it, haven't heard from them since. Totally no respect fot customer needs in this covid-19 environment. If dollar signs is all they can see and not customer needs, then I in the most strongest of terms say don't buy from these people as they as only in it for the money. Unscrupulous car dealers, go fig right!@@ More

Hi last april 15 th I brought 2019 odyssey. There is some issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return the car or anything. I brought car high value of money they are not helping. Please customers don't go this place that's my suggestion Very bad customer service. If we go to Walmart we buy $10 worth of toys .if kids don't like it we return the item right. Why the car shop people don't do that. More

Dealer sold us a car higher than internet price. This dealer sold us a vehicle it had taken from its toyota store across the street. We actually had an appointment at both locations and didn't realiz This dealer sold us a vehicle it had taken from its toyota store across the street. We actually had an appointment at both locations and didn't realized that when toyota told us it had sold, that they "sold" it to Showcase Honda who then raised the price 3k before selling it to us. SHADY Jerry Green has not agreed to adjust the price and we are forced to sue him now. More
