It was extremely difficult to gain access to my car without jumping through multiple hoops that I met each and every time. The process started out really well and 4 hours later. It turned into a 5 day without jumping through multiple hoops that I met each and every time. The process started out really well and 4 hours later. It turned into a 5 day nightmare. No timely, professional communication from anyone at the dealership and this even includes the general manager. It took multiple emails, phone calls and text to finally receive my car. My credit union which I financed the car through even had to get involved in finding out why they wouldn't release the car to me. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I've bought 6 cars in 20 years. I'll never do business with this dealership again. More

Horrible service center. I bought a new car from the dealership and the headlight was very misaligned, making it unsafe to drive at night. I made an appontement and dropped my car off for 3 days.
