Shopping for a car was made enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free at Subaru of Jacksonville. Our sales person, Jerry Johnson, never added any pressure to our discussions and went out of his way to find stress-free at Subaru of Jacksonville. Our sales person, Jerry Johnson, never added any pressure to our discussions and went out of his way to find cars with our preferences. Even as we negotiated the price, my husband and I felt Jerry and the business manager were truthful and forthright. A couple of days after the sale, Jerry, took the time to take me around to the service department and introduce many of the personnel to me. A follow-up call to us, a little over a week after the deal was made, was made by Jerry to inquire as to our experience with the care thus far. We are most appreciative of the dealer's dedication to a totally pleasant car buying experience. Larry and Cathy Guevarra More

I had a great experience working with Daniel, Sabino and Jerry on my purchase of a new Subaru Forester. Daniel was quick to respond to my email inquiry and presented a very fair price when we discussed my Jerry on my purchase of a new Subaru Forester. Daniel was quick to respond to my email inquiry and presented a very fair price when we discussed my interest in a Forester. Other dealers I contacted were either evasive or not open to any conversation. Daniel is a model of modern car selling compared to his peers. Once I arrived at the dealership, Sabino and Jerry worked together to help me understand the models I was looking at and all other elements of transaction. Jerry was very patient in explaining all the complex functions of the vehicle(s) - and was always courteous and straightforward. Sabino was very active in making sure everything was done to make my purchase easy and made sure the car was ready, even installing one of my purchases for me. WOW, best experience ever buying a car. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove away in the vehicle I wanted, at a very good price and was treated very fairly on my trade in. No wonder I am a three time Subaru buyer! I'll come back here for another some day. More
