No hassle experience Our Salesman (Jerry Lacy) knew we were on a mission to find the appropriate SUV for me, and Family Hyundai just happened to be the first stop we made Our Salesman (Jerry Lacy) knew we were on a mission to find the appropriate SUV for me, and Family Hyundai just happened to be the first stop we made up on the strip. I had no intention on making a decision on the first stop. However, Jerry made sure we didn't have to seek further by taking us through all of the types of SUV vehicles, their options and the warranty. We've dealt with a lot of pushy/persistent sales reps in our time, but it was the "assurance" from Jerry that sold us. Even the Family team was great during the process.
