Wasted our day. We walked in, knew which car we wanted, and negotiated a price within the first 30 minutes of being there. We were then pushed aside to wait for OVER We walked in, knew which car we wanted, and negotiated a price within the first 30 minutes of being there. We were then pushed aside to wait for OVER 3 HOURS just to be overlooked and lied to regarding how long this would take. We were in the finance office less than 10 minutes. Overall, just a terrible experience! On a side note, Jerry Lacy was great. Ask for him. More
