Awesome car buying experience! I love Family Hyundai! Everyone I encountered were professional but personable! Since I bought a new car, I'm a "VIP", so I get free oil changes and c I love Family Hyundai! Everyone I encountered were professional but personable! Since I bought a new car, I'm a "VIP", so I get free oil changes and car washes for life! Jerry, my salesman, actually made car buying fun due to his exceptional sense of humor. I'd mention the names of the other outstanding people I encountered during my experience, but I'm afraid I might leave someone out because I'm still so excited about my new car I can't think as well as I normally do! I feel confident that if I have any needs or concerns, Family Hyundai will bend over backwards to accommodate me. I highly recommend Family Hyundai!! More

Un prepared! The finance team was good! they were professional and very friendly! I think i didn't do a good job of price checking for the best deal. 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Forgot the finance persons name. However all were very friendly. Jerry did a fine job and was very informational. Process took 4 hrs. Great Dealership This is a great place to purchase a new or used car. I never felt pressured to settle for less than I wanted. Customer service Mr. Lacy had excellent customer skills. He was very pleasant to work with in assisting me in purchasing a new vehicle.
