I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, slam dunk sale for Jerry. I originally made an appointment with Courtney on the phone. When we arrived and asked for her, Jerry jumped right in and ganked the sa for Jerry. I originally made an appointment with Courtney on the phone. When we arrived and asked for her, Jerry jumped right in and ganked the sale from her. While filling out paperwork at the desk, Jerry started eating some delivery food (fried fish) right in the middle of our deal. When asking questions about my residence and employment he kept telling me to lie and say I lived and worked at places longer than I have. I was putting up with this because I just wanted to get my Tucson and get out of there. Jerry gave me the vin number, and told me to call my insurance and get it set up. After I set up my insurance, he told me they are charging $3000 over MSRP because of supply shortages. I finally walked out. This was a terrible customer experience. More

Jerry and Sonata were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Jerry stayed late to help me purchase a new vehicle.
