The wait was an hour and a half and there were not many customers there. Their shop where they service the vehicles was half empty. Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried pic software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status.
