I always see Heather McCrum as my sales associate, she is truthful, kind and when purchasing a care every time I purchased a car from her everything went smoothly . She is an excellent employee of Lester Glenn Everyone I need to deal with are very very nice also. I would recommend anyone to deal with Heather when purchasing your next car, Also, my experience with the service center is excellent More

Purchasing and Financing Mom Car September 5, 2017 On Monday September 4th 2017 my parents and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai of Toms River and worked with Salesperson, Frank M Acq September 5, 2017 On Monday September 4th 2017 my parents and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai of Toms River and worked with Salesperson, Frank M Acquaviva. Our plan was to purchase or lease a new vehicle for Mom. We set up the appointment in advance, to meet with Frank. He was very polite and professional throughout our dealings. He asked what type of vehicle we were interested in and then took us right to the lot to glance around. He left us to review the vehicles and pick out the ones we wanted to test drive. We picked out a vehicle, he reviewed important details such as safety, warranty and fuel. We went out for a nice test drive came back and regrouped to discuss what savings we were entitled to. With no pressure to either buy or lease, we then started to work out the remaining details monthly payments on purchase or lease term options. Mom was so calm, she felt no pressure from start to finish this was easiest car deal I ever experienced. Frank answered all my parents’ questions and worked out the best deal for them, keeping it right at their planned budget. I thought we couldn't be any happier and then we met Jerry Ojeda in finance, when went in to sign all the documentation. We were so happy about a lease protection plan he presented to us. It took away a lot of concerns. The choice to take it was a no brainer. By far the best experience throughout the process. Thank You, Frank and Jerry Ojeda Betty Lietz, Ira Siegel and Barbara Hotlon. Not impressed. Sales person assured the sale on phone from for 8/1/17. First thing salesman said was sales vehicles sold, we would have to buy one much more expensi Sales person assured the sale on phone from for 8/1/17. First thing salesman said was sales vehicles sold, we would have to buy one much more expensive. After 3 hours and threat to leave, finally made a deal (probably a mistake by me). Drove car home, found battery dead, had to have car towed back to dealer to replace battery. Then warning came on that all tires were around 7 pounds low. The plates and registration was mailed from Florida, instead of calling us at our NJ address to pick up plates, mailed them to our FL address. Tracked plates to Fed Ex in Daytona Beach, got no help from sales manager, never returned our calls. When we returned to dealer, bumped into service manager Jerry who saved the day by getting the plates and registration. Dealership has too many staff with not enough to do, sales staff wandered around, goofing off, eating, guys flirting with female staff, just an unpleasant atmosphere. Same with not very busy sales managers. And it is hard to believe that no one checked the vehicle before we drove it away as the battery was dead and tires low. You just take the cars off the delivery trucks, jump start them, and let them go. It is hard to believe your claim as the top Dealer in the state. More
