(BUT) after taking my wife to Lester Glenn Hyundai and having a salesperson by the name of Frank Acquaviva my thoughts has changed dramatically. Since my first time entering Lester Glenn to purchase a vehicle for my wife Lorraine. In all my years i have never been dealt with or handled as properly as my wife and i have in the many cars and trucks that we have purchased. outside of my own dealership work areas. Since when do you see an open door and look lost and get invited in by the owner Adam and have him personally walk you to a refreshment area to grab a quick coffee for your wife and then after dropping off her coffee have him have a pleasant chit chat in his own personal office with you while waiting for her car. Just two regular people with nothing but concern and appreciation for their customer. No high pressure-no back and forth-no high stress-no gimmicks BUT great pricing-Explained to them what i wanted and needed and what i wanted to pay and all i got was the sales manager Mike-Finance Manager Jerry-Owner Adam- and best of all our salesman Frank an OK and Thank You for coming to us. Now here is the topper of everything>>>after we completed the vehicle we wanted and the price we asked for and got.....We were in and out of paperwork and looking over our cleaned car within 30 minutes...ARE YOU KIDDING??? What dealer have u ever gone to and walked out with you vehicle in 30 minutes...So Thank You Frank-Mike-Jerry-and Adam for a great buying experience. More
