At 78 and 77 years of age, I'm excited to state that prior to this experience my wife and I have never dealt with what we consider a truly caring, experienced sales person who actually was actually concerned about our feelings and needs. Jerry was very thorough by helping us understand the available options and thereby assisting us with those we wanted and those we didn't. A competitive St. Louis area dealer didn't do that for us. Jerry also researched other dealers for the final options, color, etc. that we selected and then offered us an equitable price. We were relaxed and didn't feel any pressure to either hurry or make an immediate decision -- although we did make our decision on our first visit. We will absolutely buy all of our future vehicles from this dealer and, more specifically, from Jerry. More
