Was searching for a specific vehicle when a listing popped up on autotrader.com on a this past Monday afternoon. Upon calling the dealership I was forwarded to Jerry Perberg. I asked some questions about the vehicle's options and started driving the 65 miles to the dealer. Jerry returned the call within minutes and after a test drive we made the deal. Jerry's service to the customer is outstanding. He continues to provide followup service after the sale was made that is helpful to a concerned out of state buyer. Jerry provides service the way it should be. This was one of the best experiences buying a car we've had. More

We were referred to Jennings Chevrolet and had a great experience. Jerry was awesome to work with. We didn't feel pressured to purchase and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. Great, attentive, friendly service--would definitely go back to Jennings (this is the second new car we've purchased there) and deal with Jerry. He gave us an extensive "tour" of the car and instructions back to Jennings (this is the second new car we've purchased there) and deal with Jerry. I have been to many car deale I was very happy with the service I received,when i first arrived someone approached me and asked how they could help. I have been to many car dealerships and I hate when a sales person comes up and rattles on about all the specials and what I should look at. I already know what I am there for and if I have a question I will ask. None of that happened here,loved that!! I drove 45 min. to get to the dealership and almost didn't get the car I came for, other people were already looking at it! However, thanks to Jerry we were able to hold it with a refundable deposit. We got the car!!! Our sweet sixteen daughter loves her car!!!! Thanks Jennings Chevrolet!!! More

And the price was good, too. There was a minor problem with the car on our test drive and Jerry immediately got the mechanic to ride with us to determine the source of the problem. He followed up with fixing the problem. We drove the car again and everything was OK. Jerry was very professional and I would recommend Jennings and Jerry to any of my friends. Jerry was very friendly and quick to make what we wanted work. He was very knowledgeable of the car we were looking at, let us drive it on the highway, and did his best to not waste our time. I called Jerry and said this is what I need can you help me get it. He did. He did the footwork to make sure it had what I needed and was delivered in a timely manner. He set a pickup appt for me and had the car and paperwork ready to go when I walked in. He ran through the key points, a few minutes in the business office and I was done. Jerry has a great personality, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting the deal done, answering any questions, and making himself available for future needs. It is how car buying should be. It was nice to see the straightforward deal happen smoothly. More
