Prompt and courteous I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question of how long I might be there as about an hour. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a full hour when he came to get me. He was friendly, but very efficient. It's nice to know you can count on the people who work there to do you right. Craig sure did, though I don't ever remember any bad service. This is a place to do business! More

I drove away with a brand new 2017 Kia Soul, with a Bluetooth! I'm excited since I have never owned a new vehicle. Praise God! More

He went above and beyond to find the car we wanted and showed us several different options to make sure we were getting what we wanted. At no point did he try to pressure us into buying or getting something we didn't want that was more expensive. The Manager we dealt with was Atif, he made us feel like and treated us like friends he going out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our experience. We finished up with Ivan in financing, Ivan was also awesome he told us about all the extra stuff that most finance guys pressure you into buying. Ivan told us about them but was not pushy about it, we ultimately bought the extra coverage because we decided that it was a good deal not because he made us think we had to. I have bought over 15 cars from many different dealerships but this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Southwest Kia I will be back next time I need a vehicle. More
