I was extremely pleased with the quick request to fix my rear tail-light… Parts department checked to make sure they had the part assembly; which they did. They then transferred me back to make appt. The service desk got me set up and assured the part in stock; and asked if I wanted to wait in the Customer area…wonderful! I was given an approximate 1-1/2 hrs…. And they completed in less time! I was a Falcone fan as I lived on west side since 2007; but after a few poor experiences, I changed to Tom Wood! Excellent Customer Service and I will purchase my next Subaru from Tom Wood!
