Buying a Honda My wife needed a car after a accident and had been searching for a week. Spur of the moment I dropped by and met Jesse walking out of the office. Always a Great Experience at Manly Honda I bought my 1st car from Jeremy Taunton in 2003. Did it all by email. Jeremy Taunton has helped me with my car purchases since then, and he is someone I trust completely. 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring----Test drive one. I started with that one and didn't even want to test drive any others....I am thrilled with this car. The "FANTASTIC" car I bought this past Friday (My last car was totaled in March) was another great buying experience with Jesse Broadway helping me all day until the end of the deal. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to explain all the bells and whistles. He was patient and thorough in all aspects of the car sale. Les Moser was the personable finance guy who also gave me some great deals on the extras. At that point in the car buying process I was getting a little brain dead....so it's important to have a good finance guy. Les does not disappoint. I would like to give a shout out to Bill Petty----who has been my service guy for years and is THE BEST at what he does. Fair treatment -- at a cost Manly Honda is among the largest dealerships in Northern California, and the systematic way they process customers is evidence of that. You check in, Manly Honda is among the largest dealerships in Northern California, and the systematic way they process customers is evidence of that. You check in, you get assigned a repair or sales rep, you find out what it's going to cost, you pay, and you're back on the road. It all works smoothly, even if it resembles at times an assembly-line in practice. When I brought my 2009 Fit in for what seemed to be a minor repair, it turned out to need a major engine overhaul -- too expensive for the age and mileage (170K) on the car. The repair rep turned me over to the sales department, and Jesse and Sergio (two mellow, no-pressure reps) helped me find a newer Fit with fewer miles from Manly's own used-car lot. They came down some on the price, not budging on what they offered for my old car, which was hard for me to understand, given that I'd purchased the older Fit at Manly. Though their explanations for not being able to budge seemed pat and rehearsed, I finally conceded, and was then sent to the finance manager, who finalized the sale and sold me on a warranty package (6 years/125K miles), which added about $3K to the total, but would be worth it, he assured me, even if I needed only one major repair. I didn't feel pressured, exactly, but I didn't feel as though the car I was buying was as reliable as I like to think of a Honda as being. More

He never tried said he could not help or give me the let me get one of my managers override here to try and hard sell me which I really appreciate. Even after he sold me my car and I need something with my navigation he asked and got me what I needed to get it working and that is great customer service. He was and is very helpful even after the sale. More
