The salesman Jesse B. was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and managed the purchase transaction with extreme efficiency. overall experience as good. The finance manager Brent P. helped us with unlocking or credit freeze and was able to get us a great financing rate. The only negative was the new ES had a scratch in the paint that had to be repaired. The scratch was noticed by the customer while in delivery area and receiving vehicle technical orientation. Recommend for improvement would be for the dealership to fully inspect new vehicles for any defects before presenting to the customer. More
