This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Northside Lexus, and just like the first time, I had a great experience! I reached out to a few different dealerships while shopping, but none compar Northside Lexus, and just like the first time, I had a great experience! I reached out to a few different dealerships while shopping, but none compared to Northside and the way they took care of me. Ashley helped me with my first purchase, so I knew I wanted to reach out to her again. She was amazing from start to finish and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely continue recommending Northside Lexus and Ashley to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

My wife and I have purchased approximately 5 vehicles from Ashley since relocating to Houston in 2021. Even when we tried other dealers and brands, we always revert back to Ashley. Ashley and Caleb in fi from Ashley since relocating to Houston in 2021. Even when we tried other dealers and brands, we always revert back to Ashley. Ashley and Caleb in finance make us feel more like family than customers. We are customers for life. I wish Lexus would come out with a truck to pull travel trailers. Highly professional group of employees who show marked enthusiasm for their work. They treat customers in a very friendly manner and earn their respect because of their knowledge and openness. This begins with the concierge or person at the front through everyone I have met in the organization. They try to make your decision easier and they certainly go out of their way to accommodate you. I really enjoy coming to the dealership and even waiting in the reception area having water or coffee. They are highly polished brand ambassadors for the dealership. I truly appreciate all of them.
