Jesse started with Atlanta Classic Cars in 2003 as a Delivery Specialist, teaching clients how to use all of the features in their new cars. In 2004, she joined the sales team with an in-depth understanding of the vehicles. She has parlayed this knowledge into several market and regional presentation awards from Mercedes-Benz. Most importantly, this knowledge allows her to match the right vehicle and features with the right client so they are happy and informed. Jesse lives in Lawrenceville and enjoys tending her vegetable garden, running at the local park and hosting her family when they visit from the frigid north.

We were kept up to date with the progress of our order and the team successfully accelerated our delivery date. All the features and functions of the car were explained and setup with us upon delivery. We drove off the lot feeling like the car had been customized especially for us. Rather than trying to inject her opinion, or downplay the competetion, she highlighted the features of the Mercedes. She was a consumate professional, listened to our oberservations and in the end, was a key deciding factor in buying the CLA 250. She also showed us the service department which was world class in itself. I will definelty recommend Jesse and Atlanta Classic Cars They make a great team! More

Great New Relationship I was apprehensive dealing with a new salesperson after my previous salesman retired. I had a relationship where I would call ACC, tell him what I wan I was apprehensive dealing with a new salesperson after my previous salesman retired. Easiest Car Buying Process! This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. After a somewhat frustrating experience with the dealership I'd bough This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. After a somewhat frustrating experience with the dealership I'd bought from previously, I emailed Jesse one Saturday afternoon to inquire about a GLK in their inventory. It was near close of business, but she answered my questions quickly, and after a few emails between us that evening, I decided I would head to Atlanta on Monday to pick up my new car. She gathered the information we would need to finish the transaction before I even got there, so the whole process took less than an hour once I reached the dealership. Even though I've had several Mercedes before this one, Jesse urged me to give her a few minutes to explain the features on my new one. So glad she did...as I learned a few things I've been doing wrong! Her obvious knowledge of the vehicles was refreshing, and her passion for her job was obvious. I got a quick tour of the dealership and was impressed by the cleanliness and order of the facility. More

I was interested in an E350 and Jesse was very knowledgeable My experience with Atlanta Classic Cars and Jesse Cannon-Wallace was a great experience. I was interested in an E350 and Jesse was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. This sounds like something one may take for granted when visiting a luxury car dealership, but I found was hardly true at many other dealers, particularly with other brands, after having many salespeople tell me they did not know answers to several questions, or only offer 5 minute test drives, then ask if I'm interested in the car. My first Mercedes was a 2005 C230 with a stick shift, and I really enjoyed driving that car for 7.5 years, and am excited to be back in a Mercedes again. Another great benefit to the dealership was the business manager, Eric Palmsteen, was very informative and professional regarding various service and protection plans, as well as payment options. I researched the car and the dealership as I usually do, but this time via social media I researched the “salesman.” That was the difference. Jesse did an outstanding job. She knows all the answers and gives you all the information you will need. Polite and patient she was able to get me the data I needed without actually “selling” the car. So what can I say? This was an excellent experience. This E63 AMG is a great car! I’m sure I’ll enjoy it a bunch – until I trade it in a couple of years for a new model and the Euro Delivery option. Thanks Jesse More

She knew everything about our "special order" vehicle, she kept us very well informed, and when we came to pick up the vehicle, she was awesome! By that we mean that her knowledge of the functions, technological and mechanical, her one on one instructions on all the features and capabilities were all encompassing and amazing! She lives & breathes this great product, Mercedes Benz! Her style and manner, her humor, made us feel very comfortable asking the many questions that most new car buyers need to know. The dealership is awesome! Well thought out design, clean, user-friendly and the service facility which included 50+ service bays, with customer lounges, TV's, bistro, you name it, was exceptional as was the personnel and their friendliness and knowledge. I'll be back for another vehicle and if I lived in this State I would definitely be servicing my vehicle here, oh and they are available for any assistance I might need with my local dealer in Florida!!! Kudos to a great dealership that places customer satisfaction FIRST!! More
